Do the Hills have eyes?

Well that movie was thoroughly disturbing. Pretty scary. Katherine and Matt came over last night and we drank a little and watched that movie...it scared me so bad I had to make a pancake to get away from it! After the movie we played Cranium and I got really annoyed...maybe because it was 3:45 AM...but whatever, it would be alot more fun if we started earlier in the night...I am thinking about having a Cranium party...it would be alot of fun with alcohol.

Not too much else going on. Tomorrow we're having another little party thing...it looks like it's just gonna be me Bobby and Katherine..again, but whatever, they're both really fun to hang out with...hopefully Holly can come...I may call Robert, hah!

Lately I've been realizing some things about people...and it's both sad and upsetting. It's time to move on I suppose...you can't force somebody to care about you!

Hellloooo Week!

Today is Thursday, and I got the day off from Mandy...awesome. Today I went grocery shopping at both the Farmer's Market and Walmart...amazing deals...I do have way too much food now, but whatever. I'm so looking forward to this weekend...much relaxation and seeing my best buds on Saturday...it should be so much fun. Matt got into aviation school in Macon, and he is moving on Saturday...I'm pretty proud of him for going to school and getting an education of some sorts. Yesterday Bobby came over and we cooked steak and tomatos and corn and ate with my Mom. It was alot of fun. May caught her first lizard in the garage, so she was going crazy begging and crying to get back out during dinner, so that was a little annoying. Hmmm, the rest of the week was boring, except for Monday night. I ate yummy sushi with Katherine and then we rode Marta to Lenox to buy some new sunglasses. Needless to say, I am never taking Marta again when there is rain the the forecast. Katherine was amazing and let me use her umbrella...thanks. It was fun though...AND Hannah is coming in town next weekend so that should be fun. She is coming over on Saturday the 8th and we are probably just going to grab some lunch or something. She said there is a huge party at the Georgia Tech rugby house and she told me to bring people, so anyone up for it...Kat?

Not to keep blabbing, but for the 4th of July I want to do something fun. I already talked to Katherine about doing something, but Bobby and I may also have to go to Macon that day to pick up his cousin so he can come to 6 Flags on Wednesday...we want to get him because he has been through alot, including the death of his father last year...and he's only 15! Anyways, I will face my fear and ride the rollercoasters...at least it isn't White Water, bleck!

My Trip :-)

I am back, and I am sad. I love the beach, and I hate coming back to smog, traffic, rude people, and humidity without the beach. But, my trip was a blast, and I had so much fun!

Monday 19th- I babysat from 9-11, and Mandy paid me $10/hour again, which was both surprising and nice. Bobby and I then left around 3 and made it to Orlando around 10:30. We got to meet Stephen's (Bobby's cousin who is 23) girlfriend, Maria, who is one of the Little Mermaid's at MGM. She was kind of shy at first, but she turned out to be pretty nice.

Tuesday 20th- We woke up around 9:30 because Maria wanted to go shopping, but because they live in a studio apartment, we all woke up at the same time. Stephen, Bobby, and I decided to make the trek to New Smyrna beach, which was a little south of Daytona. Stephen's truck didn't have AC, so we drove with the windows down, and as a result, I got a farmer's tan on one arm. Ouch! The waves were amazing...very large, and it was fun to learn to body surf. We had fun...I didn't eve get too burned that day. Later, we came back and took showers and the four of us went to Chevy's...a Mexican restaurant, which was really yummy. After dinner, we walked around downtown Disney and went to some really cool shops including the Lego place and a giant McDonald's and some other funny shops...I wanted to go to Pleasure Island real bad, but Maria doesn't party, and nobody else had money.

Wednesday 21st- We woke up at 10:30 at Stephen and Maria's and they were about to head out to go to Bobby's grandfather's house to spend a couple of days. Maria tried to convince me to go to Sea World, but then she realized she could get Bobby and I into Disney for free...all parks, and free parking! So, of course, we took her up on it. I had never been, and neither had Bobby. We chose Animal Kingdom first, and then we rode Dinosaur...which was basically a bumpy car going through darkness with dinosaurs jumping out at you...kinda scary. Then, of course, it started pouring. We wanted to wait it out, but it just wasn't stopping. So, we left, and like magic, the rain quit. Bummer. We then left that part of Orlando and went to Bobby's friends apartment, Justin, and hung out with him and some of his friends for the rest of the night. We bought 48 beers. It was great.

Thursday 22nd- MINE AND BOBBY'S 4 YEAR ANNIVERSARY! We left Orlando and drove to Daytona, which is my favorite place now...so much going on, and it is very affordable. It was a little trashy, but hey, what can you do? Our hotel turned out to be really nice, and they gave us an ocean-view room. The pool was nice too. We got there and checked in, and then headed to the Volusia Mall because Bobby wanted to get me my anniversary present. He got me black Rainbow flip-flops, and I got him the same, plus a Fossil wallet and we both got a $25 giftcard to Starbucks. They are great presents. After that, we had a few beers, swam a little, and then went to Captain Henry Morgan's Oyster bar for our dinner. It was really good, but I ate far too much...and was sick afterwards. That night was so much fun...I love my Bobby so much!

Friday 23rd- We spent the entire day at the beach. Great bonding, and great drinking. Not much else to say...we went to the boardwalk that night and got airbrush t-shirts that say Jenna and Bobby, etc. You have to get one when you go to Daytona...seriously trashy...but I love it. We got a pizza later that night and drank and watched TV...great relaxation.

Saturday 24th- Got up at the butt crack of dawn and left to go to Bobby's grandfather's house in Jesup, Georgia. It was his great-grandfather's 94th birthday, and the entire Faulk/Anderson family made it to Jesup to celebrate...it's quite an accomplishment...I only wish I could make it that far in age. We ate at the Western Sizzlin', which was my first experience at that type of buffet restaurant...interesting to say the least, but it was great to spend that time with family. I met Bobby's 2nd cousin, Terry, who was Miss Georgia for 2 years and now lives off of Riverside Drive in Sandy Springs, and they have sons who go to Holy Innocents'...they were really nice, and we had no idea they lived so close! That night, all of Bobby's cousins and their girlfriends/boyfriends and Bobby and I planned a trip to Six Flags the day after 4th of July...it should be fun...I love them all.

Sunday-- I'm back. It's raining, and I have to babysit tomorrow. What could be worse?

Attention!

It's official. I'm back. Grey's Anatomy season 2 will be released on September 12, 2006...hint bitches...my birthday is September 18th...:-)

See you later...

I am leaving for the beach tomorrow! I am so excited. 6 days of fun with my boyfriend...I can't wait! I will have lots of pictures to post when I return! I finally got my cable and internet hooked up in my condo, so that's really nice. I am not around very much at my condo because of the babysitting job I got in Sandy Springs. Things were rough with Mandy Kelley at first, but now things are better...she paid me $10/hour last night, which was a huge surprise...but a nice one. My 4 Year anniversary with Bobby is on Thursday...we did low key gifts this year...I only got him a new Fossil wallet and a gift card to Starbucks...but he'll love it! I get the last week of July off from work, so I am going to plan another vacation with Bobby to go to Statesboro or something...something to enjoy before almost heading back to school...bleck. Bless your soul Kat, I can't believe you are doing school right now...when I get back, come over for drinks and dinner...I'll get Bobby to bring some of his friends! This weekend has been blah...I helped my parents with their garage sale, and I made about $30...which is always good when it is just stuff you were gonna throw out anyways! I bought more leggings from Target to wear under my skirts and with dresses...I just love them! I need to go back to Forever 21 when I get back...Kat? Well, if you don't hear from me for about a week, call me...I'll be living it up in Orlando and Daytona!

Muah!

Marta is Smarter...Fo Real

Last night turned out really well. I invited about 15 people to my "condo-warming" party and only two ended up coming...but I was so happy to see Kat and Holly. They brought me the cutest housewarming gifts...I got beer mugs and some really cute vintage-looking coasters from Kat and some REALLY cute martini glasses from Holly...it was so nice, and hardly expected. At first, I was really bummed that I had bought a bunch of food and cooked it and there were not enough people to eat it all, but we ate a good bit...and it was alright despite the hard cheese section in the middle...disaster avoided thanks to Bobby. We cracked open some beers, and told funny stories and just hung out...but of course, we had to have a little adventure. I always have funny adventures with Kat...we really missed Megan...maybe could have had Mission:Vibrator II...oh well...when she comes back in July we have already planned a party for her! Anyways, we contacted Zack and some others in Norcross and decided to ride Marta to the Doraville station where Daniel and Zack were supposed to pick us up. Marta was an adventure. After sneaking drinks of rum and Coke and talking to a black male model...we finally arrived in Norcross. We ended up calling Josh and asking where he was since he said he was going to come after work maybe, but he said that nobody would pick up their phone to give him directions...oops sorry Josh...but he did say he was coming to the next party Kat or I throw...so that's good. After we arrived in Norcross, we went over to Jess's house and had a little party over there. Holly zoinked out at this point, so we left and started the trip back. It may sound bleak and boring, but surprisingly, the night was amazing. I couldn't have asked for more. And I realize now that if all the 14/15 people I had invited had come, I wouldn't have had a Marta trip with some friends. Everything happens for a reason I suppose. The nights that I don't expect to be fun, end up being the ones we remember.

It is 12:48, and I woke up at 9 and cooked Bobby breakfast before he went to work. I have been up since then and have been watching Harry Potter. I am about to call Kat and Holly again and wake them up so we can go to Lenox. I hope I have enough money to buy something...anything...Ciao!

Warm my house, biatch.

So I've planned my first ever get-together/dinner at my new place. I'm so excited to have everybody over...and serve them dinner. I would never dare to actually cook, so I'm getting some Stouffer's lasagna, salad, and some other yummy things to serve people. If nobody likes lasagna, please let me know so I don't have 2 weeks of leftovers in my fridge. I think I'll be needing to borrow Kat's stove (if that's okay with you!) because my gas isn't getting turned on until Tuesday the 13th because we are having the gas guy come out and check the place for leaks. I also called the Orkin man today because I saw a bazillion roaches outside of my condo last night...apparently roaches/palmetto bugs love magnolia trees...and I have two of them. Bleck. Roaches. You can hear them when they walk...at least they aren't in my condo...I couldn't live there. So I am just really excited about my "condo-warming" thing...I just won't have everything done. My blinds haven't been ordered yet, but they will be this weekend...I have towels in my bedroom window and a quilt in my main room window (curtesy of Kat's help!)...it's ghetto fo sho, but it does the trick. Anyways, I've just been exhausted lately. Too much moving...getting up early...running after annoying children...and moving. Ok, well I am heading to bed now. Ciao!

Out of the boxes...almost.

Well, I moved in...on Friday. I don't have internet or cable as of yet. I get ABC and FOX on the TV that's in there now, and I could be cheap and just get those channels, but I think I'd die without MTV, Animal Planet, TLC, and Discovery...we'll see what happens. The place looks really good...alot better than I expected it to. I still have a few odds and ends to paint (my closet doors, the utility closet door, and the front window), but those will come in due time. Bobby and I booked our hotel last night for our vacation...from June 20-22 we are staying with his cousin and his girlfriend (who is the Little Mermaid at Disney Land by the way!!) in Orlando, and then from June 22-24 we got a really nice hotel right on the beach (with an ocean view!) in Daytona. I've never been there...just heard it's nice. It'll be really nice to get away with him and spend some quality time and celebrate our 4 YEAR ANNIVERSARY! I love him. Anyways, I start work this week. Today I am meeting with Mandy Kelly to meet the kids and get my work schedule. Tomorrow I am working 7:30-6:00, but making $10/hr in Decatur watching Beau...the cutest little 18 month old boy around! Who knows what the rest of the week has in store. My family is possibly coming this weekend for my first "condo-warming" party and dinner. No worries...I have already started making plans for a formal "condo-warming" party for you all, my friends...details ensue. Well, today I have to go get food from Wal-Mart...my Mom hasn't given me food money, and seeing as I have $20 in my account right now, I feel that Wal-Mart is the only option at this point.
