A Day in the Life...

Tired

Today was a fabulous day. Dr. Watson never showed up for class, so I had time to take a nap! I watched the Real World Austin Reunion, and boy was it tense. I can't believe Melinda and Danny are engaged! They just met...oh well. Bobby says it'll never last.

I am feeling the end of the semester blues. Roommate and I have been watching too much TV and just procrastinating, but it's alot of fun. We may end up moving to another dorm building next semester, but that is still not certain.

I want to go home. I miss my kitten and my dog and KC. I miss my family. Bobby is coming to Savannah with me this weekend to meet most of my family for the first time. We've been together for 3.5 years and he's never met half of my family. Wierd. I just hesitated typing "3.5" because I didn't know if that was right...that's a damn long time. I hope it lasts, I love him so much.

I'm excited about the holidays coming up. I love Christmas.

Day After Blues...

Yesterday was so yummy! Yes, I just got fatter eating all that food. Anyways, it was great to see all my family, and I miss Bobby so much! He is coming home today, so hopefully he'll come eat left-overs with me. I wanted to go shopping today, but nobody I wanted to go with is calling me! I will probably call Kat in an hour or so.

Callie has to work today, all day, which sucks for me, but is great for her. HOPEFULLY I will be able to get together with her tomorrow and/or Sunday. I hate how hectic school is. The Christmas break will be awesome.

Well, I am going to go eat some turkey sandwiches and some sweet potatoes...

ciao.

Life is Good

So, Thanksgiving Break has been pretty sweet so far. Yesterday I saw Callie, Megan, and Lily for a short while, but it was good all the same. Hopefully we will all be able to get together on Saturday night. I don't want to miss that!

Yesterday, I almost completed my rough draft for my HIS313 class...all 17 pages. It is only technically supposed to be 14 by the syllabus, oops. Oh well.

Today Bobby left for South Georgia to eat with his family. I can't wait for us to spend Thanksgivings together. Next year, perhaps, I will go eat with his family or he will eat with mine. It's just hectic to have families out of town! I am going to try and finish my exams early so I can go celebrate Christmas down there with him. I love him, and I miss him on the holidays.

SOOOO, today is Thanksgiving! I've been watching Rachel Ray's 60-minute Thanksgiving special all morning, and I wish I could cook like that. She made this really yummy pumpkin soup that I would LOVE to try sometime. Maybe I will! I love her.

I'm excited about going to Dinky's today to eat. I heart Thanksgiving, family, and food! Ciao!

Just a few pictures for you!

<---My man and I...I love him!

<--Kat and I

O bla di, o bla da, life goes on...

So, today has been really cold. Finally, it isn't 80 degrees in November anymore. I will have to go buy a new peacoat and some really warm wool socks soon!

Yesterday, I bought some really yummy food at the DeKalb Farmers Market...it was amazing. I'm in love.

Classes are inching by. I want to go home for Thanksgiving now! Megan will be in town, and we've already talked about venturing out to go shopping the day after Thanksgiving...we'll see how that goes!

Bobby is going down to Auburn for a free Ludacris concert that is on Auburn's campus. There wasn't an extra ticket for me, plus I have a Belfast presentation tomorrow :-(.

Well, Katherine is supposed to be coming for a campus tour at 2:00 today. She hasn't called me, so I dunno if she's coming? (I don't have your number saved correctly in my phone Kat, I tried to call you!) Also, I think we were planning on going out to eat, and then seeing Rent, but I still dunno if that's happening!

My mom and her friends are having a Trunk show (lots of cool crafts, etc.) at my house this weekend, so that should be interesting. May has to be locked up in my room with the window open, so I hope she behaves and doesn't meow too loudly. Chelsea is being put at Dinky's house because she'll bark her throat out if she stays at the house. KC is living in the basement, but what's new?

Well, it's lunch time. Which means I have 2 more classes. Bleck.

Ciao.

Rent

So, is anybody free on Thursday to go see Rent? I have 2 free passes (that means myself plus 3 other people can go)...it's at 7:30. Please, somebody! Kerry and I are planning on going, but let me know if you want to go!

This picture just cracks the hell out of me.

What a weekend

Ok, I had a blast this weekend. It was so much fun. I will do separate posts to detail every aspect of my trip! Anyways, I rode alot of horses this weekend, and my mom and I decided that I will start taking horse lessons with Smarty so we won't have to sell him. It should be fun and good exercise! But, I hope I can work out lesson times and everything!

SOOOO keep looking for updated blogs and pictures! I have lots!

--and, I can't wait for Josh's party this weekend after I am finished babysitting!! I miss my best gals--

Ciao!

Noodle Noodle Time...

So yes, Callie Katherine and I will hopefully be getting together next Thursday in lovely Decatur for a bite to eat and some quality bonding! (Let me know if ya'll want to do that!)

So today has been blah. I met with my professor to discuss my final paper. I have to have 3 pages written by next Wednesday--not hard. I will be writing the rest over Thanksgiving because Bobby will be out of town :-( . I am pretty much finished drafting my sociology paper. I have 9 pages, but I think it'll end up being 15 or something shitty like that.

Tomorrow I am going to my classes, maybe, and then maybe heading over to Bobby's so he can wash/wax my car before we take it out of town. We have to leave early in the AM, so we'll see. I want sushi real bad. I want to see my friends real bad. Ugh. School blows a big one...

So, I'm eating Cheetos, I need to stop. I suppose I will drink some water and then lay down. Boring day, as I mentioned earlier. Eck.

Due to some bitching, I have deleted my last blog. Sorry ya'll.

My oh my...

Well, this week has been pretty blah. The weekend was blah too. I have post-period PMS, I guess I'm the only one who gets that...oh well. Well, I'd just like to say that.

School is getting too stressful. I have 2 major papers due at the end of the semester, and one installment of one of them due on November 16th. I have no motivation. I researched a few books last night, but it nearly killed me. I'm tired of the Hitler's Youth. Ugh. I feel like I'm in it!

This weekend will be interesting to say the least. I'm going to visit Bobby's family in South Georgia and have an oyster roast on Saturday night. It'll be nice because Bobby wants me to start going with him to all his family outtings and he wants to come to mine, so I suppose that's a good thing.

Alot of people I know are/have gotten engaged and are beginning to plan weddings. It makes me overly excited...maybe I should be a wedding planner? Hmm. Maybe I'll just wait and plan mine...if that ever happens.

Anyways, I am going to go to breakfast and get ready for the day. Ciao.

Oh my oh my...

So, today was interesting. I went to classes, and that was good...and I found out that my extra credit hour is approved for next semester, so that means I'm well on the track for early graduation!

Lately, I've been realizing how much I love Bobby. It's like, my life has finally come together, and I realize that the people who mean the absolute most to me in the world are Bobby, and my family, and my pets (yes, they are people too!). Sadie is struggling physically, and I hope that everything works out with her and we will not have to put her down, because I love that dog, and I could cry my eyes out. Anyways, pray for her.

I hope that I am still Cal's maid of honor for her upcoming wedding---yeah! Exciting! Hopefully we'll pick out some cute dresses and accessories for the event. It should be fun.

Bobby is going for a job interview at Toyota on Friday at 2:00. Then, we have a hot date planned to see Willy Wonka at the Venture Mall Cinemas ($2.00 movies!) and hopefully some yummy sushi! His car is hopefully going to be fixed, so maybe we'll pick that up as well---it'll be a good night!

Saturday night I am babysitting, hopefully. I need the money. Ireland is coming...I'm not sure if I'm excited anymore. Luckily, I know a few other people going on the trip, so I'm bound to make more friends.

Anybody want to plan to do something fun with me for Spring Break? I want to do something fun, but cheap. I know that Bobby's mom has some mountain houses for rent...(for free for us!)...so please, let's plan!

Ok, cleaning up time and then bed. Ciao.
