Oh Cheddar Cheese Rice Cakes...

So, I'm sitting here eating Cheddar Cheese rice cakes, peppered beef jerky, and drinking a Fruit Punch Capri Sun...but surprisingly, the only thing that is unhealthy for me, is the drink...hmm...and the grilled cheese that I just ate.

So anyways, I went to www.jobpredictor.com, as mentioned in Callie's Blog, and here are my results.

HAPPY HALLOWEEN

Oh lord...

Busy week. Lots of work. I had to write a research paper prospectus. I had 15 books to look through. Ugh.

Now, I think I have the flu. Achy, nauseated, cloudy head, ugh.

Apparently I'm out of the loop because I didn't know what Atlantic Station was...just thought it was a place to live. Oh well.

Did you know that the evils of Walmart have been discovered? An internal document was published in the paper the other day that actually proved that Walmart treats their employees horribly. It was talking about how the stores were trying to hire younger workers in order to not have to give them proper health benefits and insurance. What? Also, get this--Walmart also has implemented "heavy lifting" in every job description in order to deter feeble workers! Horrible, just horrible...

ALSO--I'm getting sick of being Republican around this place...eventhough I'm moderate, I still adhere to some Republican ideals, so please accept it.

Well, short and sweet was this blog. I don't feel well and am extremely nauseated. I just want to feel better for tomorrow. Bye.

Jean val Jean Ramon (in a French accent)...

Last night was interesting. I sat in my room by myself and cleaned. I also did all of my homework for the weekend...and it rained. Kerry and I took a break and went to Walmart, and that was fun--I got some moleskin bandages so I can now wear my cute flats whenever I want without getting blisters!

Heather is in Virginia until Sunday night. It's nice to have a room to myself, it really just enforces my desire to get an apartment next year. Hopefully that'll happen.

I also watched some good 'ole episodes of I Love Lucy---you know the one where Lucy wants to be an Apachee dancer so she can dance in Ricky's show? Jean val Jean Ramon, the French man, comes and tries to entire Lucy and challenges Ricky to a duel. Ricky then agrees and then Jean cowers down because Ricky actually wants to duel. Then Jean says, "I thought American men were afraid to duel" and Ricky laughs and says, "I guess you were fooled by my Brooklyn accent." HA HA HA (Ricky is NOT American for those who don't get it...)

Anyways, I just got some brunch, and now I am relaxing in my quiet room. I just saw a lesbian couple stroll by hand in hand. Oh Agnes, how I heart thee... Tonight will be alot of fun! I am going to go see my buddies, and my Bobby. It should be blast. I hope the weather will still be nice!

Halloween here I come....

So, today Bobby and I went to Walmart to get Halloween costumes (for trick or treating, parties, etc.)---we found the cutest things! At first, I was sold on Bobby showing up at a giant slice of pizza---it was too funny. But, he settled on being a "Big Daddy"--a.k.a. PIMP. So, I bought a witch hat and some tights and some other fun things---I'm going to be "making magic for him (my pimp)"...haha get it? Uh yea, just thought I'd share. But yea, I'm ready for Halloween and drunken fun with my friends.

Today, I made ghost cookies, and unfortunately, I ate almost half of them. What's wrong with me? Halloween is my weakness I suppose.

I'm excited about Tu Tu Tango...Bobby and I may need to eat a quick snack before we go eat because we're that broke...really sad. Bobby quit his St.Ives job today because they treated him like crap and said racist things to him. He's getting a job at Honda, so that's good.

Ok, now I have to go memorize a map of Ireland. Ugh...and eat another cookie!

We're all doomed...

While perusing the internet looking for graduate schools of education, and pondering just how hard graduate school is, I found this on the Harvard Graduate School of Education website:
(That pic is good 'old Harvard Grad School grad, Jerad)

This is an alumni profile:
L&T Alumnus Jerad Crave, Ed.M.'02
Jerad Crave teaches at the Live Oak School, a small, progressive independent school in San Francisco. He is in the process of revising the physical education program, acting as athletic director, and teaching physical education classes focusing on cooperation. "My training in Learning and Teaching at HGSE prepared me to think critically about how a new curriculum would not only benefit the students but make physical education a challenging and integral part of educating the whole child," says Jerad. "My studies expanded the ways in which I thought of a dynamic curriculum and, instead of reading about curriculums, I actually constructed my own."

-->If Harvard teaches you how to properly throw a dodgeball or fling a frisbee, and that's what you take from graduate school, we're all doomed.

Oh how I love thee small children...

For without small children, I would be unemloyed. I made $130 this weekend for babysitting for a total 11 hours between Friday night and Saturday night. Wow! I mean, that's a good payment. Anyways, this weekend was wierd--all the way from "I'll be home at 7," (and then strolling in at 10, to (puts hands on Bobby's waist), "Sorry I couldn't talk to you tonight", (smirks in my direction). I'm sick of bitches. Just plain sick of nasty-ass ho's. Excuse me, but it's been a long weekend. Now I must go conclude my studying for my midterm that's tomorrow...then it's off to watch Desperate Housewifes!

Ciao.

Yeah!

So, this weekend was soo much fun. We had our Black Cat Formal at the Fox this year, and it was in the Egyptian Ballroom...soo much fun! The D.J. sucked a big one, but the food was delicious. It was alot of fun to dress up and take fun pictures with all my friends...be sure to check them out here : http://community.webshots.com/user/jennastegin918 !!

Hmm, this week is probably a little boring. I have 3 papers to turn in...funnn. Next week will be my week straight from hell--3 midterms. Hopefully I will be meeting up with Callie to grab some sushi at Emikos...I think Bobby will come too because he has voiced his yearning for some sushi...yummy! I miss my pal...this whole school thing is sucking! I'm sure glad that some breaks are coming up so I can catch up on good times with her. Anyways, my sister has mailed me 2 long letters from Knoxville...I can't quite bring myself to read them yet. I guess time will tell.

I got some real cute jeans from Target yesterday. I have to find ballet shoes...real ballet shoes. Ugh. I found mine from a long time ago, but they don't fit...blahh. Also, I got a real cute pair of silver ballet flats from Target...I wanted the black ones, but of course, they didn't have them. Oh well. Anyways, I have to go to yoga...ciao!
